Superintendent Ebert’s First 100 Days
Immediate Action to Support Long-Term Vision
During the first 100 days, a new leader has the opportunity to establish clear expectations and chart a course for future success. In the Clark County School District, this period is particularly vital as it builds upon significant strides in supporting and increasing student achievement. Capitalizing on progress will require short-term efforts in the first 100 days that renews our commitment to our team and our community and lays the foundation for our shared long-term efforts ahead.

CCSD Board of Trustees
The Clark County School District (CCSD) Board of Trustees is the elected governing body responsible for overseeing the nation’s fifth-largest school district. The Board sets district policies, approves the budget, and ensures accountability in the implementation of educational programs and services. Trustees work closely with the superintendent to establish goals, review academic performance, and guide strategic planning efforts that support student achievement and operational efficiency. Representing specific geographic districts within Clark County, each trustee serves as a voice for their community, advocating for the needs of students, families, and educators across the region.
